We do not give refunds if you have purchased any in-game content or premium membership and redeemed on your account.
We can only offer a refund for in-game content if they have not been redeemed and not been used.
If you were charged multiple times for any purchase of in-game content or premium membership, we will process a refund if they have not been spent. If they have, this will make you ineligible for a refund.
Some refunds can be handled directly through Steam so please do try this first. If your purchase was not done directly through Steam, please use the contact form to get in touch with us. Be sure to include the transaction details/receipts.
